Sustainable tourism

THE ASTHMA HOUSE:
Accommodation with refillable soap dispenser, high energy efficiency with heat pump and photovoltaic energy consumption through battery
virtual, as it is not possible to install photovoltaic panels because it is a protected building by
heritage (Way of St. James).

ACTIVE SACRAL:
The restoration of the Ecosacra Winery was done by reusing the materials
from an old storage cellar, in addition to the use of bioconstruction elements.
The Paporrubio (Robin) boat was the first in the entire Ribeira Sacra territory with a partially electric motor for passenger transport.
In our VIP Experiences we offer quality local products, but
You can also eat the tomatoes and lettuce grown in our garden,
the delicious cherries, apples, figs from our fruit trees and the honey from our bees cannot be missing in the desserts, we have been taking care of the
most important animal on the planet.
We have acquired vineyards on the slopes of the Miño, vines that were left
abandoned, in them we practice sustainable viticulture, free of herbicides and insecticides, in fact one of our wines is called XOANIÑA, which is what we call the ladybug in Galician, possibly the best animal we can have on the farm, as it acts as a natural biocide due to the amount of aphids it eats.

MORE THAN ROMANESQUE:

4. Promote biodiversity conservation:

  • We will inform our customers about the importance of conservation

  • We will promote participation in conservation projects or donate a
part of your profits to support local initiatives.
