Sign up for our introductory diving experience and we'll guide you through an exciting activity in a privileged environment, our Emerald Coast. With Buceo Calypso, you'll discover the life that lives on the seabed, accompanied by an instructor with extensive experience in this activity that will last approximately three hours.

And to recover from so many gratifying emotions, you'll rest at the La Curva de María rural house, a magnificently restored building with an antique shop.

Additional Information:
At our facilities, you'll receive a theoretical class in which we'll teach you how to control the sensation of breathing underwater, how to move with the scuba gear, and the essentials for a fantastic first scuba diving experience. This way, when we go out to sea, you'll enjoy discovering very special sensations.

The experience in detail

Activities

  • For your activity, we take care of everything: equipment, mandatory insurance, boat, and diving instructors. All you need to bring is a swimsuit, towel, gel, and the desire to have a great time.
    Once submerged, you'll experience the weightlessness of the sea and the sensation of flying. And where will we dive? You'll accompany one of our instructors (one per diver) to places like Isla de Conejos, the Anchors of Isla de Cuba, or Punta Ballota.

    • Baptism activity is for ages 16 and up
    • To get to the diving spot, we will use a boat
    • The Activity is subject to sea conditions.

  • Avoid collecting flora from the area. Do not pick plants or take animals for study.
  • Inform your clients about the importance of conserving local flora and fauna and how they can contribute to it during activities
  • Highlight the threats facing species and how you can help protect them
  • Promote participation in conservation projects or donate a portion of your profits to support local initiatives
  • Maintain the natural environment of the accommodation in good condition, avoiding the indiscriminate felling of trees and promoting the regeneration of local vegetation.
  • Collaborate with local organizations or environmental authorities to participate in conservation and restoration projects of the natural environment
