The forest and the water. Explore its beech and oak forests, the imposing Gujuli waterfall, and the mythological Lamioxin lagoon. You'll also find black woodpeckers, bullfinches, marsh and rock tits, crested tit, nuthatch, short-toed treecreeper, Iberian chiffchaff, mistle thrush, firecrest, cistern bunting, red-backed shrike, Egyptian vulture, peregrine falcon, griffon vulture, and yellow-billed and red-billed choughs. You'll also find amphibians, led by the endangered agile frog.
The mountain and the cliff. With the two highest waterfalls in the Basque Country: Gujuli (100 m) and the Nervión waterfall (220 m), which form a spectacular canyon ideal for observing rock birds. Forest birds and raptors include the rock bunting, alpine and meadow pipits, wood larks, and dunnocks and alpine accentors.
