From ancient vineyards to modern ones, we'll learn about the different types of native grapes, soils, and cultivation techniques, discovering a unique Asturian feature: the landscape of the heroic vineyard. In the winery, we'll learn about the winemaking processes and the tools used.
The experience will culminate with a guided tasting of two Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Cangas wines from the family's own winery, paired with local produce.
